At Appealingryspeci, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every custom phone case. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Return Terms
You may return custom phone cases within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or use
- All original packaging and accessories must be included
- A return authorization must be obtained before shipping items back
- Returns must be initiated within the 14-day return window
The 14-day return period begins on the date you receive the product. To initiate a return, contact us at question@appealingryspeci.world or through our contact form.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are determined based on the reason for return:
- Defective or Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Wrong Item Received: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- Customer Preference Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Exchange Requests: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Appealingryspeci is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping.
Return Process
Follow these steps to return your item:
- Contact Us: Email question@appealingryspeci.world or use our contact form to request a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2-3 business days.
- Package Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Item: Send the package to the address provided in your return authorization. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email within 5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-designed cases with personalized text, images, or designs (unless defective)
- Items that have been used, damaged, or show signs of wear
- Items returned after the 14-day return period
- Items without a return authorization number
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Digital products or downloadable content
If a personalized item is defective, it may be eligible for replacement but not a refund due to the custom nature of the product.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Production Begins: Orders can be cancelled at no charge if cancellation is requested before production begins (typically within 24 hours of order placement)
- After Production Begins: Cancellations after production has started may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the order value
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our return policy
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at question@appealingryspeci.world with your order number.
Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed as follows:
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase
- Refund Amount: The full purchase price minus any non-refundable fees (such as customization fees for personalized items that were not defective)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product)
- Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or if we sent the wrong item. Exchanges for other reasons are subject to availability and may be treated as a return and new purchase.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for exchange
- Receive return authorization for the original item
- Return the original item following our return process
- Once received, we will ship the replacement item
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. We will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Process a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
- Cover all return shipping expenses
- Expedite the replacement process
Please include photos of the defect when contacting us to help us process your claim quickly.
